History : Domaine Maurice CHAPUIS is above all a family Domaine. Around 1850, a winegrower worker from Aloxe-Corton, Pierre Pavelot, owned 1 hectare of vineyard .A few years later, with his brother François, he bought 60 Ares of Corton Charlemagne. In 1985, Maurice succeeded his father. As it I usual today, Maurice works also with an oenologist.

The top value of the domaine : All the vineyards are close to the Domaine, the furthest are situated in Savigny-lès-Beaune and Chorey-les-Beaune.
