Vinification : The very precise vinification and rigorous elevage in temperature controlled stainless steel cask bring Sancerre which are very representative of the appellation.

Vineyards size : 4 hectares

Farming : The vineyard, average 25 years old, is plated on a slope exposed South West with a soil made of clay and limestone. This exposure and this implementation reveal the mystery of Sancerre: a wine that is at the same time fruity and powerful.

History : Regis is the 5 generations but his daughter and his son in law, Monsieur Girard is working with him already.
