History : The domaine was created in the 1850's and has been transmitted in the family since that. in 1883, Jean-Marie who was running the domaine was selling his wines to the brasseries in Lyon (in 110 liters barrels). At this time, they were making their own barrel as this activity was more money making than doing wines - the value of the barrel was higher than the wine itself. In 1958, the domaine started to sell its wines in bottle. Gilles and Béatrice are now running the estate and are sharing their love for wine with their kids, hoping one will take over the domaine one day.
The top value of the domaine : Wines are of very good quality for price, with appellations from the Maconnais such as Macon Chaintré, but also, being at the limit, some Beaujolais red and rosé
