History : Domaine Manière, located in the village of Vosne Romanée, is managed by the Manière family since 3 generations. The grand father and the father of Richard Manière, now owner of the domaine, have succeeded on this exploitation of about 8 hectares. The domaines is doing hand picked harvest, traditional vinification, and for villages and 1ers Crus, the elevage is done in barrel. Only the generic appellations on stay in cask.
The top value of the domaine : The domaine is working with methods that will bring good wines : lutte raisonnée in the vineyards, plowing, limited production, green harvest... All the conditions are put together to let the Terroir express itself.
